What Amos keepsEvery request Amos answers is kept to improve the models.
That covers the playground and the API alike. Don’t send anything you aren’t allowed to share.
What is kept
- The case: its text or JSON, and any photos sent with it.
- The questions and the answers Amos gave.
- Which model answered, when, how long it took, and whether the request came from the playground or the API.
Your IP address is not kept with a request. There are no accounts, so nothing ties a request to a person except what the case says.
Site visits
This site counts page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and keeps no IP address, so a visit can’t be tied to you.
How it is used
To measure where Amos is wrong and to train future models.
The people building Amos may read kept cases, and other models may answer them to make training labels.
Before a case is used for training, obvious personal details are removed: names, email addresses, phone numbers and account numbers. Cases that match an item of a public benchmark Amos is scored on are left out, so the scores stay honest.
How long
Requests as they arrived are deleted after 90 days. Cases taken into a training set, with personal details removed, can be kept longer.
Questions and deletion
Write to zaid@scira.ai with the time you sent the request and enough of the case to find it.
